SAMPLE FEES

special rates available for teams & clubs

Physical Therapist Consultation | â‚¬30 - €45

Your initial consultation will begin with an in depth history of your presenting problem. This provides me with an opportunity to consider a list of possible causes for your discomfort before beginning my assessment.

Deep Tissue Massage | â‚¬30 - €45

You may think that only massage therapists give massages, but physical therapists do them, too. Deep tissue massage specifically targets muscle tension caused by strains or sprains or from something more serious. As a physical therapist, I pressure to release tension in your muscles and other soft tissues.

Sports Massage | €30 - €45

Sports Massage is a special form of massage and is typically used before during and after athletic events. It helps prepare the athlete for peak performance. Its benefits include increased blood circulation and lymph flow. Sports massage also drains away fatigue, relieves swelling, reduces muscle tension, promotes flexibility, and minimises injuries.

Back Pain Treatment | €30 - €45

In general, the goals of physical therapy are to decrease pain, increase function, and provide education on a maintenance program to prevent further recurrences.A physical therapy programme for back pain usually has two components: Passive physical therapy to help reduce the patient's pain to a more manageable level; and Active exercises.

Spinal Rehabilitation: Neck and Back Injury | â‚¬30 - €45

In such cases, treatment plans focus specifically on exercise for flexibility/range-of-motion, strengthening and stabilization, posture, education and return-to-function but can also consist of "hands-on" therapy such as mobilisation/manipulation.
